All contracted staff are employed by Dynamic Labour Solutions. This means that levies
that are imposed by the various Bargaining Councils are paid by Dynamic Labour
Solutions. We also handle all taxes, including SITE, PAYE, UIF and SDL.
If a client decides to offer a Dynamic Labour Solutions contract employee a permanent
position in the company after a period of four months, a reasonable placement fee will
be negotiated at that time.
Dynamic Labour Solutions is also able to run our client's complete payroll for permanent
employees. This can be discussed with our Senior Consultants or Management.
